Appy Days Senior Recreation Policies

Appointment Booking and Payment Policy
- A $20 deposit is required to book an appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
- The hourly rate is $35, with a minimum booking of 2 hours.
- Full payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the $20 deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
- Clients experiencing illness or fever must notify us and cancel services as soon as possible, ideally within the 24-hour window.

Employee Conduct Policy
- Any form of abuse or harassment towards employees is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. It will result in immediate termination of services and potential reporting to authorities if necessary.

Elderly Abuse Policy
- We have a zero tolerance for elderly abuse — period.
- We take such reports seriously and encourage anyone with concerns regarding elderly abuse to contact management immediately.
